“What if I booked the wrong service?”
If the service booked does not allow enough time for your desired result, we may need to adjust the service or reschedule your appointment. We will always do our best to recommend the option that best supports your hair and goals.
“What if I come in with my hair wet or in a ponytail?”
If these guidelines are not adhered to, the appointment may be canceled, and the cancellation fee will still be applicable. Additionally, a fee of $30 will be added to the service price if extra time is required due to not following the hair preparation instructions.

We will honor your previous pricing for one final visit. During that appointment, we’ll guide you through the updated services, what to expect, and which option to book moving forward.
