What is the booking process?

Do you only do Chicago and the suburbs of Illinois?

Not at all!  We travel anywhere throughout the Midwest region and even go to destination weddings.  A travel fee may be required. 

Is there a minimum service total to book for? 

Yes, there is a $500 minimum service amount for weekend weddings.

How many people can you accommodate?

There is no party too small or big!  We simply ask for a headcount in advance so that we can put together a team to ensure that your day runs smoothly! For bridal parties of 6 or more, a second artist will be needed at an additional fee.

Why is there a second artist fee?

As part of our trusted freelance outsourcing team, this charge enables us to schedule and manage all of their expenditures for things such as tolls, gas, etc.

How does gratuity work?

Gratuity is not included in our prices. It is never expected, simply appreciated. Industry standard is 20%. It can be given to the artist directly via cash, Venmo, or Zelle. If you are leaving a tip to be split amongst the staff with the lead artist on-site, please specify so!

How much time do you schedule out per person?

Typically, for bridal party members we schedule 60 minutes, for the bride 90 minutes, and schedule out a 30 minute touch up time at the end of the day.

When should I schedule my preview?

We recommend that you have your trial 3-4 months prior to your wedding date!

How many looks can we do for my preview?

Previews are scheduled out for 90 minutes per service. This will allow for only for one look to be created with appropriate adjustments to ensure you are happy with the end result! We will have a thorough consultation and alter the look as needed. We will then begin to come up with a wedding day plan!

Where are previews held?

We come conveniently to you! Trials are done Monday-Friday as weekends are reserved for weddings. Limited to 90 minutes. If you are doing both hair and makeup, it is a total of 3 hours.

Do you offer preview appointments for other members of my bridal party?

Unfortunately, due to limited availability, we do not offer any trial appointments for other members of your party. Previews are exclusive to the bride only.

Do you work with hand-tied, tape-in, or micro-bead extensions?

We certainly do! There is a fee of $25 to account for the additional time it will require to ensure the extensions are properly styled and concealed depending on the hairstyle. An additional 20 minutes per person will be added to the schedule. Please be sure to mention when booking.

Can my bridal party add clip-in extensions?

They certainly can for an additional fee! If any members of your party want to add clip-ins, please let us know ASAP so we can allot for an additional 20 minutes per application in the schedule. The cost for a clip-in install is $50.

Are lashes included in the makeup application?

Lashes are included for the bride only. It is an additional $20 for the bridal party and is best when pre-booked.

Can we provide our own lashes?

If you have a set of lashes that you love, you can certainly bring them. The price still remains the same regardless to compensate for the artists time.

How do I reserve the wedding date?

A signed propsal and 30% deposit of total services is required to secure your wedding date.

When is the final payment due?

Total payment is due 1 week before your wedding date.

What would happen to my deposit if I had to reschedule or cancel?

If we were to have your date available, your deposit will be credited to your new date. In the event that we do not have your new date available, or you are all together cancelling, your deposit is non-refundable. We can refer you to a few artists we know and trust, however, we are not responsible to secure another artist or team for your wedding date.

Are there additional fees I should know about?

  • The client will be responsible for all valet/parking day of event for all artists if applicable.

  • 45 minutes is included. Every 10 minutes after is an additional $5. We include total roundtrip miles.

  • Additional artist fees may apply to larger parties.

  • Extension fee varies. Please refer to the details listed above.
