Karina Davila is a hairstylist, educator, and creative who believes great hair starts with understanding—not just technique.

Known for her intentional approach to curly and dry cutting, dimensional color, and lived-in hair, Karina has built her career around learning how hair moves, how texture behaves, and how to create beautiful results that work beyond the salon chair. Her work is rooted in customization, hair health, thoughtful consultations, and giving both clients and stylists a deeper understanding of the why behind what she does.

Her education includes advanced training and certifications through Forever Curls, Rezo, Aveda, Masters of Balayage, and other industry-leading artists and programs. Today, she works both behind the chair and as an educator, teaching cutting, color, texture, consultations, and the business and communication skills that help stylists grow with confidence.

While curls and dry cutting have become a defining part of her expertise, Karina’s philosophy has never been about putting hair—or artists—into one category. She believes the strongest stylists understand the fundamentals first, then learn how to adapt them across different textures, techniques, and clients.

That same philosophy shapes her education. Karina is passionate about breaking down complex concepts into approachable, usable techniques while helping stylists strengthen their eye, trust their decision-making, and discover the artist they want to become.
